Johanna Roca is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as a Creative Director at Koto and a Designer Advisory Board Member at Canva, Johanna actively influences design innovation while also holding the position of Executive Creative Director at For The People until June 2023. Previous roles include Creative Venture Partner and Executive Creative Director at Accept & Proceed, and freelance Creative Director at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Johanna has a history of leadership in design, demonstrated through positions such as Creative Director at For The People Agency and Judge for various design juries.
