Lisa Smith is a seasoned design leader currently serving as the Global Chief Design Officer at Uncommon Creative Studio. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Executive Creative Director and later Global Executive Creative Director at Jones Knowles Ritchie from 2019 to 2025. Lisa's extensive experience includes being the Vice President of Brand Design at Chobani from 2017 to 2019 and Design Director at various esteemed organizations, including Wolff Olins and Moving Brands. Lisa is also active in the design community as the President of D&AD and a Design Advisory Board Member at Canva. They earned a BA (Hons) from Bath Spa University and a BTEC Diploma from Cambridge Regional College.
