Mark Leadercramer

Mark Leadercramer is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Head of Sales and Success for the APAC region at Canva since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mark was a Founding Member at Pavilion starting in February 2020 and held the position of APAC Head at AlphaSense from November 2023 to August 2025. Mark also had a significant tenure at Stripe from July 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading Enterprise Sales for South East Asia and overseeing operations as a member of the Stripe Board of Directors in Malaysia. Earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Mintel from November 2010 to June 2021, where Mark managed the sales functions across multiple APAC countries, and positions at The Campaign Palace, AMV BBDO, and DDB. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Manchester.
