Matt Ma is an accomplished professional with a diverse background encompassing engineering, management consulting, and machine learning. Co-founder and Director of The Interview Group from 2006 to January 2021, Matt focused on employee feedback services. Previous roles included Field Engineer at Schlumberger, Senior Manager at Macquarie Bank, and Senior Associate positions at both McKinsey & Company and Westpac Institutional Bank. Matt also held positions as an Applied Scientist at Amazon and is currently a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Canva, focusing on integrating AI in graphic design.
