Michael Qiu

Michael (Yiming) Qiu is currently an Engineering Manager at Canva, where they lead high-performance teams to deliver quality projects. With a career in software engineering that began in 2000, Michael has held various positions, including Lead Technical Consultant at Lexicon Digital and Senior Web Developer at Topdocs Pty Ltd. They have a strong background in backend and frontend engineering, solution architecture, and Agile methodology. Michael is pursuing a Master’s in Information Security and holds a Graduate Diploma in Web Computing and a Bachelor’s in Computer and Its Application.
