Monica R.

Monica R. is a design researcher with a strong background in UX research and anthropology, focusing on creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences. They worked as a UX Researcher at the Centre for Inclusive Design, where they improved accessibility for various clients, and later as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Sydney. Monica contributed to Google Maps as a UX Researcher, enhancing public transport interactions globally, and played a pivotal role at Canva, where they helped establish the Design Research team and led initiatives across various business segments. They are currently pursuing a Diploma of Social Sciences in Anthropology at the University of Sydney.
