Robyn King

Head of Social Impact at Canva

Robyn King is the Head of Social Impact at Canva. Robyn was previously the Human Rights Principal at South32 and before that, the Executive Officer at the Fogarty Foundation. Robyn is a lawyer by training, having worked as a paralegal at DLA Piper and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Robyn has been instrumental in guiding the Foundation through significant growth and scale, enhancing existing operations and initiating, managing and delivering several major change projects at the Foundation. These include the Scholarships & Leadership Program, CoderDojo WA, and Fogarty EDvance.

Under Robyn's leadership, the Foundation has seen great success in its mission to advance social change through education. Robyn is passionate about making a difference in their community, and their work at Canva is a continuation of this commitment.

Robyn King has completed the Presencing Foundation Program at MIT Sloan School of Management, a graduate certificate in Social Impact through UWA Business School and The Centre for Social Impact, a graduate diploma in legal practice, a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Laws. Robyn is currently completing a law degree at the University of Glasgow.

Robyn King reports to Cameron Adams, Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Anna Kelk - Head of Product - User Voice, Adam Schuck - Director of Engineering.
