Ryan Yuan

Ryan Yuan is currently the Research Director at Canva, where they build a research team focused on next-generation graphic design generation. Prior to this, Ryan held roles as a Senior Researcher and Software Engineer Intern at various prestigious companies, including Microsoft, Alibaba, and Sohu. Ryan's research has led to several high-performing models in semantic segmentation, with notable works accepted at major conferences like ECCV and ICCV. They earned a PhD in Computer Vision from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
