Sally Bagshaw

Sally Bagshaw is an experienced content strategist and design leader currently serving as Head of Content Design at Canva since May 2021. In addition to holding the role of Content Strategy Lead, Sally has acted as Content Design Specialty Lead during a maternity cover. As the founder of the Brisbane Content Strategy Group, Sally facilitates monthly discussions on content-related topics. Prior experience includes roles at Content Strategy Australia, Vanguard Australia, Virgin Australia, Scentre Group, The University of Auckland, and as a founder of Snappy Sentences, specializing in creating targeted marketing materials. Sally has contributed as a judge in the Australian Web Awards and holds a Bachelor of Business Communication in Public Relations from Queensland University of Technology.
