Taryn McLeod is a seasoned learning and development professional with a diverse background in roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Learning Partner at Canva since November 2023, Taryn previously held the position of Workforce Optimisation Manager at ANZx, where the focus was on enhancing team capabilities and reimagining Learning & Development for a dynamic, engineering-led environment. Prior expertise includes serving as a Senior Learning Experience Consultant at Melbourne Water, aiming to foster a Learning Organisation, and as a Learning & Development Consultant at Latitude Financial Services, where Taryn designed leadership development programs.
