Xiaodan Fan

Xiaodan Fan is currently the Head of People at Canva China. Prior to this, they were a Senior HR Manager and then Senior HR Business Partner Head at Daimler China from November 2005 to April 2018. Xiaodan also has experience working at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from April 2018 to July 2021. Xiaodan has significant experience in developing and implementing people strategies, being a change agent, cultivating culture, and leading the C&B function.

Xiaodan Fan has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Information Technology from the Beijing Institute of Technology and an EMBA in Compliance & Business Management from the Lake Constance Business School.

Xiaodan Fan reports to Jennie Rogerson, Global Head of People. They work with Amy Schultz - Head of Recruitment, Alvanson So (he/his) - Country HR & Head of People Central.
