Léo Amar has a long and varied work experience. In 2009, they completed an internship at Thales Communications in the Interarmy Force Simulator for Interactive Operation. In 2010, they completed an internship at PSA Peugeot Citroën in Hybrid Vehicle 2nd Generation and was a R&D Engineer and Professor Power Systems at ESME Sudria. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Electrical Engineering Manager at Prynt, where they managed a 3 person EE team that designed 2 consumer electronic products, brought them into mass production, with 80k+ units per year. In 2018, they were a Senior Electrical Engineer at Creator, where they prototyped and built a new generation of a robotic inductive system and designed a new kind of high-temperature wireless sensors, removing risks of wire failure and bad assembly, in a hot and highly inductive environment. Léo also designed and tested 3 customs PCB with a patent pending. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer and Senior Electrical Engineer at Canvas.
Léo Amar obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) degree from ESME in 2010, with a field of study in Power Systems - Mechatronics.
