Canvas Firm is a leadership consulting and development platform focused on Whole Person Leadership—helping leaders close the gap between potential and performance.

We partner with men, women, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and organizations to develop leadership capacity that is human, effective, and sustainable. Our work integrates leadership psychology, emotional intelligence, energy and capacity, execution, and community—because leadership doesn’t live in frameworks alone, it lives in people.

Canvas Firm began as a leadership and people strategy consulting firm, working closely with leaders across business, higher education, healthcare, athletics, and community-based organizations. Over time, one truth became clear: leadership development that ignores identity, emotional intelligence, and sustainability eventually breaks down—no matter how strong the strategy.

Today, our work shows up through:

Strategic leadership and culture consulting

Leadership Paths aligned to identity and season

Community-centered leadership development

Programs and experiences such as The Momentum Year and The Edge

Assessments, retreats, and facilitated leadership labs

At Canvas Firm, we don’t just help leaders perform better.
We help them live better while performing better.
