Ryan McGee MIEP

Ryan McGee MIEP is a Senior Founder's Associate at Earlybird, where they support the development of AI-powered digital solutions to enhance employment support services. Ryan has extensive volunteer experience, including co-hosting grief support groups at The New Normal Charity and serving as an Insight Volunteer for Carers UK, focusing on issues faced by male and young carers. They are also a founding member of multiple communities, including OPUS and Embarc, while previously co-founding House Hack to connect young talent with startups. Ryan’s educational background includes studies in Management Science at Loughborough University.
