Christie Tarleton began their career in 2014 as an Apprentice at Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. In 2015, they founded and became the Lead Designer of The Farmer's Florist. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of Yuyo Botanics. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer of CANVAST Supply Co., a majority female founded and operated company.
Christie Tarleton has taken continuing education in design from Parsons School of Design - The New School, as well as a degree in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati.
