Heleen Versteegen

Heleen Versteegen is currently the Clustermanager Onderzoek & Innovatie at CAOP, a position held since 2025. With a rich background in pedagogy and advisory roles, they previously worked at Sardes as an advisor, trainer, and process facilitator from 2000 to 2012, and served multiple leadership roles in various organizations including Stichting Kardeel and Stichting Welzijn Westerpark. Heleen has also been actively involved as a board member of the Vereniging voor Beleidsonderzoek since 2024 and as the Chair of the Supervisory Board at VoorleesExpress since 2023. They earned a degree in pedagogy from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and completed professional training at J.J. Trainersacademie in 2012.
