Cap Ferrat Villas objective is to offer the large sized villas (5 to 10 bedrooms) and a high level of exclusive service, equivalent to what can be found in 5-star luxury category hotels (chef, waiter, buttler, housekeeper, concierge, driver, spa, etc.). The goal is to highlight the French art of living in one of the most beautiful and prestigious sites in the French Riviera and attract more international visitors accustomed to exceptional service in the region, which economy has been severely hit by the covid crisis. In addition, the accent is placed on the selection of historic villas bearing witness to the golden age of European tourism in the region around 1900. A careful restoration, respectful of period features, also contributes to the preservation of this unique heritage. This also allows a wider public to access one-of-a-kind exclusive villas, sometimes steeped in history until now reserved for the exclusive use of their owners.
