With over 25 years of experience, the passionate agents of CAP are working hard to find the ideal vacation home for you. Every day we aim to provide the best service for those looking for a carefree holiday.

At CAP, we rent out a selection of unique and well-kept houses in beautiful vacation destinations. Such as France, Italy and Spain. But also, further away, such as sunny Morocco. We assure a personal approach in helping vacationers finding their perfect destination, suiting their demands and wishes.

CAP’s biggest main advantage is the way we select our holiday homes. We personally visit each home, and subject them to a strict list of criteria, such as comfort, cleanliness, and family aspects. We also take the home's surrounding infrastructure in mind, as well as local culture, history and nature.

We enlist a wide range of available lodgings for every budget. From a small studio with sea view in Costa Del Sol to a luxurious villa with private swimming pool in Tuscany.

Please do not hesitate to check out our website and browse through our wide array of holiday rentals. If you would like more information about some of our lodges, or are you interested in renting out your holiday residence, please contact us. A warm welcome and important details will surprise you.

CAP, a personal service - for carefree holidays!

With best regards, Caroline, Anne-Marie, Camille & Julie.
