Jill Cordon has extensive work experience in the sales and automotive industry. Jill started their career at Executive Financial Management as a Finance Executive for Legal & General from 1994 to 1996. Jill then worked at Charlesworths, specializing in importing vehicles and vehicle sales, where they held roles in sales administration, sales team support, and later served as the Service Desk & Workshop Manager from 1996 to 1999. Following that, Jill joined Chris Variava Ltd as the Parts & After Sales manager for the Mitsubishi Franchised Dealer Group from 1999 to 2001. Jill then transitioned to the position of Sales Progressor and later became the Marketing Manager for the Franchised Dealer Group from 2001 to 2005.
In 2005, Jill started working at HPI Ltd as a Key Account Manager and remained in this role until 2016. During their time at HPI Ltd, they demonstrated their sales expertise and was subsequently promoted to the position of National Sales Manager - Retail. In November 2021, they took on the role of Head of Sales - Inside Sales and Retail at cap hpi, where they currently work.
