Aline Mathieu

Aline MATHIEU currently serves as Business Partner RH for Région Ouest Nord at CAP INGELEC, a leading French engineering firm, since September 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Aline has been with AIA Life Designers since September 2012, first as Chargée de mission RH and then as Responsable Ressources Humaines for multiple sites. Key responsibilities include providing HR advice to management, deploying HR processes, managing employee relations, and leading various HR projects. Earlier roles include assisting in recruitment and administrative HR tasks at Spring France. Aline holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from CEFOP and a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Audencia.
