Richard Goering

Richard Goering is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, operations, and strategic management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at CAP Logistics since March 2019, Richard ensures alignment across sales, finance, and operations for the CAP Family of companies. Previously, Richard held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations at Bona AB from 2014 to 2019, managing a $207 million budget and leading a team of 203 employees. Richard's experience also includes roles at ShingleCorp LLC, Roseburg Forest Products, and BlueLinx Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing sales strategies, budgeting, and operations across various regions and sectors. Richard is a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, having completed the Vistage Executive Leadership Program, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management & Marketing from Georgia Southern University.
