Bertrand Asseray

Bertrand Asseray is currently the directeur général adjoint en charge des ressources at Lorient Agglomération. They previously held the position of directeur général adjoint finances et moyens at the Ville de Lille and served as directeur des finances mutualisé for Nantes Métropole from 2015 to 2021. Bertrand has a background in territorial administration, having worked at the Département de la Gironde and completed their studies as an Élève administrateur territorial at CNFPT. They earned a PhD in Mathematics from Université Bordeaux I, where they also completed their earlier studies with a Magistère in Mathematics at École normale supérieure de Lyon.
