Co-founder and former President of GROUPEBEDC, they have shaped narratives that build trust and foster identity. Currently, Philippe serves as a strategic advisor to the President of Lorient Agglomération, focusing on public policies and economic development. In their career, Philippe has also founded Séquoia Bien-être and Le Ciré Jaune, driving initiatives centered on community impact and effective communication. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Communication Management from ISCOM Paris.
