Malcolm Cruickshanks is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in ratings advisory and investment banking. As the Founder of Cap Structure since April 2021, Malcolm provides specialist ratings advisory services to corporates across the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Malcolm served as a Managing Director at JPMorgan from August 2000 to April 2021. Malcolm holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
