CAPA LAW Solicitors was founded in October 2020 by Personal Injury Litigation specialists Catherine Fielding and Paula Hendrick.  

With over 40 years experience in all aspects of Personal Injury Litigation, both Cathy and Paula were keen use their wealth of knowledge and experience to establish a niche Personal Injury Law firm committed to achieving the best possible results and providing exceptional client services. 

Previously recognised for their Trade Union work, both Cathy and Paula are highly experienced in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including road traffic accidents, cycling accidents, workplace claims, workplace disease, asbestos related illness including mesothelioma, serious injury claims, fatalities and public liability claims.

At CAPA LAW Solicitors we understand just how daunting the legal process can be. We will use our expertise, skills and select team of experts to sensitively guide our clients through the claims system, providing the correct facts and information to enable our clients to make informed decisions about their claims.
