Amanda Bowman possesses extensive experience in human services and human resources, currently serving as a Caseload Facilitator at Capabilities since July 2018. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as an Intake Specialist in Family Development at Bridges Community Action Partnership from November 2014 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as an HR Generalist at Holloway Sportswear Inc., where responsibilities included employee enrollment, payroll management, and onboarding processes. Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Services Administration from Northcentral University and a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Studies from Tiffin University, along with a high school diploma from Piqua High School.
