Fran Corrigan is a results-oriented leadership coach at Ignite Performance, where they help organizations transform good leaders into great ones by enhancing confidence, clarity, and productivity. They also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in leadership and adaptive mindset at Capability.Co, guiding the development of capability solutions and promoting a future-ready workforce. Prior to these roles, Fran worked as an HR Manager for Woolworths Group, where they co-designed and facilitated the Engaging Leaders program to prepare senior leaders for General Management positions.
