Annie Kennedy

Annie Kennedy is currently a senior consultant at Capability Group. Annie has over fifteen years of experience in the field of learning and development, and has worked with companies such as ANZ National Bank NZ, Bank of Ireland, TVNZ, and AIS St Helens. Annie has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering training programmes, as well as coaching and mentoring individuals and teams. Annie is an expert in the use of strengths-based tools such as Gallup Strengthsfinder and Belbin Team Roles. Annie is passionate about helping others reach their potential and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those they work with.
