Fiona Hancock is the Director of Added Insight at Capability Group. Fiona has over 20 years of experience as an Organisational Psychologist and OD specialist. Fiona has expertise in leadership assessment and development, including psychometric assessment for selection and development, emotional intelligence, 360˚ assessment, and comprehensive assessment centres.
Fiona has worked with leaders at all levels to develop their personal and interpersonal effectiveness, optimise their psychological fitness and wellbeing, and manage stress and energy to enhance their leadership success. Fiona has also delivered organisational development services to organisations across a range of industries, including telecommunications, professional services, construction, retail, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, banking, and local government.
Fiona is accredited in a number of assessment and development tools, including the Hogan Assessments, Saville Consulting Wave, SHL, OPRA GeneSys Assessments, Baron EQ-i/EQ-360, Herman Brain Dominance Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DDI Accredited Targeted Selection Administrator, and DDI Accredited Facilitator of DDI Training programmes.
