Megan Whitaker

Megan Whitaker is a senior consultant at Capability Group. Megan has over 17 years of experience in leadership development and organisational consulting.

Megan started their career as a training manager at Unitec Institute of Technology, where they implemented new training programs and oversaw the development of existing ones. Megan then moved to KPMG New Zealand, where they managed the organisation's learning function. After a brief stint as a senior organisational development consultant at Vodafone New Zealand, Megan joined ANZ in March 2003.

At ANZ, Megan developed a Strategic Leadership Development Framework and coached senior leaders and executives. Megan also project-managed the implementation of a Learning Services Delivery Web Based Platform. In February 2010, Megan left ANZ to join Capability Group, where they continue to consult on leadership development and organisational change.

They are on a team with Kevin Koh - Customer Success & Implementation Consultant, Ben Tootill - Client Solutions Manager, Leadership & Learning, and Fleur Hellemans - Senior Consultant. Their manager is Guy Chadwick, Director.
