Stephen Allan

Stephen Allan is currently an Associate Partner at Andrew Wegener Consulting, where Stephen specializes in solving specific challenges related to service planning, transformation design, and project performance. Prior to this, Stephen held various leadership roles at companies such as Capability, Country Fire Authority, Nufarm, Sensis, and Optus, where Stephen focused on strategic transformation, program management, and project portfolio management. Stephen is also currently pursuing their education at Macquarie Business School and has degrees in Change Management and Project Management from accredited institutions.
