Mika Aldaba

Mika Aldaba is a Senior AI Engineering Manager at Capacit, leveraging a rich background in AI transformation consulting and data design strategy. With over five years at EY Denmark, Mika delivered large-scale data projects in financial services and pharma, developed dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau, and led the Microsoft Copilot training rollout. Previously, at Thinking Machines Data Science, Mika was the first design hire, managing UX and data storytelling projects for notable clients like the World Bank. Additionally, Mika presented work at various international conferences and mentored junior consultants, underscoring a commitment to clarity in complex environments. Currently based in Copenhagen, Mika continues to explore ethical AI and Danish design principles.
