Our goal is to change the world for the better one leader at a time!  We have many ways we go about this goal including peer-based learning, executive coaching, meeting facilitation, training sessions/workshops, customized assessment tools, and providing access to other helpful resources. 

Ed Robinson is the President and Founder of Capacity Building Solutions Inc. (www.capacity-building.com), a consulting firm he started in June 2002 to focus on the business management and organizational development needs of small to medium-sized businesses and community-based nonprofits.   His expertise is in working with senior leaders and leadership teams to assess and address their strategic business decision making and leadership challenges.
