Rob Donelson is currently serving as the Executive in Residence at Capacity Canada since 2025. Before this role, Rob held various leadership positions, including Executive Director at St. Mary's General Hospital Foundation from 1994 to 2004, and Interim Executive Director at Lyle S. Hallman Foundation from 2023 to 2025. Rob played a significant role in higher education advancement, serving as Vice-President of Development & Alumni Relations at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2009 to 2017 and Executive Director of Advancement at the University of Aberdeen from 2019 to 2022. Rob's earlier experience includes being President at St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation and Director of Development & Alumni Affairs at St. Jerome's University.
