Delaney Sterling is a Senior Analyst in Digital Marketing at Capacity Interactive since May 2022. Prior to this role, Delaney worked as an Annual Fund Coordinator at Goodman Theatre from June 2019 to May 2022, where Delaney played a key role in developing content and strategy for mass campaigns, growing fundraising outcomes, and expanding digital fundraising strategy. Delaney also has experience in box office management, special events coordination, and education programming within the arts industry. Delaney holds a BME in Choral Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
