𝓡𝓸𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓽 𝓦𝓸𝔃𝓷𝓲𝓪𝓴 ® has extensive experience in production management and supply chain leadership. They served as a Production Shift Supervisor at Roldrob S.A. from 2006 to 2007, followed by roles as Production Manager at Barry Callebaut and Chipita S.A. from 2014 to 2018. 𝓡𝓸𝓫𝓮𝓻𝓽 was also the Operations Manager at Colep from 2018 to 2020, and is currently the Director of production plant and supply chain at Caparol Polska Sp. z o.o. since 2020.
