Tyler Kellerman

Tyler Kellerman is a skilled attorney with significant experience in trademark law, litigation, and intellectual property. Currently serving as an attorney at CapCenter since July 2019, Tyler previously worked at John V. Robinson, P.C., where extensive work on trademark applications, litigation settlement materials, and employment disputes was conducted. Prior experience includes serving as a research assistant at Kirk Schroder, handling a defamation action, and contributing to an entertainment law textbook. Tyler's foundational legal training was further developed as a student associate at the University of Richmond's Intellectual Property & Transactional Law Clinic and as a law clerk at John V. Robinson, where corporate and intellectual property law resources were co-authored. Tyler holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Linguistics from the University of Maryland.
