Ignas Poklad

Ignas Poklad has a diverse work experience in web development and engineering. Ignas currently holds the position of Senior Web Engineer at Monto and Senior Web Developer at Capcito, both starting in 2021. Ignas previously worked at MAQE as a Backend Engineer from April 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they bridged the gap between the Data Science and Development departments, executed the full software development lifecycle, and implemented new features in the backend using coding standards and design patterns. Before joining MAQE, Ignas worked at JG Digital Marketing from May 2016 to April 2019 as a Lead Web Developer. Ignas assembled and led their own development team, planned and coordinated multiple projects, and developed, maintained, and deployed websites on WordPress. Ignas also gained experience at Object Digital Media, where they worked as a Web Developer and Intern in 2016. Ignas maintained and improved the company's website, developed websites on WordPress, and performed Search Engine Optimization. Prior to that, Ignas worked as a Web Developer at UAB Baltijos Tiltas from June 2014 to April 2015. In this role, they coordinated and delegated work, maintained and modernized existing websites, and developed new websites using Joomla, WordPress, and 1C-Bitrix CMS.

Ignas Poklad graduated from the University of the People in 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
