Arabella Tern is currently a Principal Consultant at Capco in Singapore, bringing over six years of Financial Services Consulting experience from their work in Singapore and London. They have collaborated with clients across Europe and South East Asia, focusing on banking, payments, and insurance, as well as the UK public and private sectors. Arabella has expertise in business strategy and large-scale transformations, underscored by an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from University College London. Prior to their role at Capco, they served as a Consultant at Allianz and were a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Deloitte.
