Barbara Losso

Barbara Losso currently serves as the Head of HR for Capco in Switzerland since January 2024. Prior to this role, Barbara held multiple positions at Synpulse Management Consulting from April 2019 to June 2023, including Head of People & Culture for Europe and Head of HR for the Group. Barbara's extensive experience also includes nearly 24 years at Krauthammer, where roles encompassed HR Manager for Switzerland and Germany, HR Manager for Sweden, and Office Manager/Head of Sales & Project Coordination Team. Additionally, Barbara began a career at Claropac, a member of the Vetropack Group, as Sales Support/Account Management in Pharma from December 1991 to January 1995. Educational qualifications include an Eidg. Personalfachfrau degree in Human Resources Management from Berufsschule Bülach and further specialization as an HR Manager from the same institution, completed in 2004.
