Carmen Puzzo

Carmen Puzzo is a C-level business transformation executive with extensive experience in banking and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Banking & Payments at Capco, Carmen previously held multiple senior leadership roles at CIBC, including SVP of Enterprise Programs and Delivery Excellence. While at INTRIA Items Inc., Carmen worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement, and earlier at Celestica, they were an Engineering Manager. Carmen is pursuing studies at MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Toronto, and the Wharton School, focusing on artificial intelligence and executive development.
