Eli Hoffman

Eli Hoffman is a legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Director of Legal at Capco since April 2024, Eli has previously held positions as a Corporate Associate at Minden Gross LLP and Steinbergs LLP, as well as an Articling and Associate role at Dunlop & Associates. Eli began a legal career as a Summer Student at Canadian Tire, contributing to corporate governance and the establishment of the Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited Real Estate Investment Trust. Eli holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
