Emma Cudal is the Managing Principal at Capco and a recipient of the TechWomen100 award in 2023. With a career spanning over 15 years in the finance and consulting sectors, they have held various roles at Capco, progressing from Consultant to Principal Consultant and eventually to Managing Principal. Prior to their current position, Emma worked at Citi as an analyst in structured derivatives and valuations, and at Morgan Stanley in collateral management, where they demonstrated leadership and expertise in optimizing financial processes. Emma earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Economic Development from the University of Nottingham.
