Emma Seaborne

Emma Seaborne is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Global General Counsel and Associate Partner at Capco since July 2019, Emma has held various roles within the company, including Global General Counsel and UK Legal Counsel. Prior to Capco, Emma was Interim Sole UK Legal Counsel at Capco from November 2017 to November 2018 and contributed to Barclays as Legal Counsel, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President from 2009 to September 2017, focusing on operations, technology, and commercial legal matters. Emma began a legal career at Clifford Chance as a trainee solicitor and senior paralegal from 2001 to 2009 and worked as a paralegal at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP from 1999 to 2000. Emma holds a BA Honours Law Degree from Oxford Brookes University and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
