Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco since March 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing large-team delivery and new business development while co-leading the Complex Program Delivery and Enterprise Agility practices. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Solutions Program Manager at Workiva from September 2015 to March 2016, focusing on the development of an enterprise risk and controls management solution. Erik also worked at Wells Fargo as a Business Initiatives Manager from January 2009 to March 2014, where Erik established and managed the program management office for Home Mortgage's Office of the President.
