Erika Schmitt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and environmental education. Currently serving as Managing Principal at Capco since October 2025, Erika previously co-founded and served as CEO of Cambrya, Inc. from January 2021 to July 2025. Prior roles include Vice President, Director, and Manager in Retail Market Services at Customized Energy Solutions between April 2018 and September 2021, as well as founding member of Bel Strategy from January 2022 to December 2024. Erika's expertise also spans grant writing with the North American Associations for Environmental Education and legal internship experience at the Ohio Justice & Policy Center. Erika holds dual degrees in Public Relations and Political Science from Ohio University, completed in 2009. Recently, Erika has worked as an independent consultant in competitive energy markets.
