Hanni Sha

Hanni Sha, CPA, is the Chief Operating Officer for North America at Capco, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this position, Hanni served as the US Operations Lead and was the COO for Canada. They have also held various financial management roles at Accenture, where they led significant accounts and implemented innovative financial processes. Hanni began their career as an Audit Intern at KPMG, where they developed skills in identifying accounting issues and building client relationships. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
