Jack Burrows is a Partner at Capco and a senior Product Leader who has launched innovative customer products and businesses in financial services. They were part of the founding team and served as Chief Product Officer at Mettle, a challenger bank for small businesses, where they managed the product vision and delivery. Jack's expertise extends to roles at various financial institutions, where they contributed as a product manager, strategy consultant, and executive product owner. They earned a First BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bristol. Jack is passionate about enhancing financial services through the integration of customer needs, data, design, and technology.
