Janet Dodge

Janet Dodge is a Senior People & Culture Leader who transforms organizations through talent, leadership, and culture. With extensive experience in HR, Janet has led teams and initiatives across various sectors, including technology, retail, and financial services. Most recently, as Managing Director of People Experience at University Pension Plan Ontario, Janet achieved remarkable engagement scores and enhanced diversity and retention strategies. Janet holds a Master’s in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Canada at Capco.
