Jason Willenberg

Jason Willenberg is a Principal Consultant at Capco, where they leverage their expertise in project management and Agile methodologies to drive client success. With a diverse background that includes a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, where they served in various leadership roles, including Naval Flight Officer and Operations and Emergency Response Center Lead, Jason has developed strong people and communication skills. They have also contributed to academia as an Associate Professor at the U.S. Naval War College and gained experience in operational planning and international engagement. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
